Carbonator Remanufacturing

Carbonators are broken down and follow component specific testing process
Tanks are pressure tested and examined for leaks
Motors and probes are tested for communication
Procon pumps are individually tested for flow rate and cycle time
Backflow preventer repair kits proactively replaced on every carbonator
Tanks and base plates are hand detailed and cleaned
Motors are cleaned and painted
All units are re-assembled and hi-pot tested prior to functionality testing
Units are checked for flow rate, cycle time, and amp draw
Safety relief valve is checked for functionality
Units are visually inspected for cleanliness and hi-pot tested again before final packaging
