This pivot yoke is built into your 3.0 or 4.5 Lancer dispensing valve. It’s function is to depress the paddle arm plungers down to allow syrup and seltzer to pour into your drinking cup. When fluttering occurs while pouring, it means that your pivot yoke is worn and needs to be replaced.
